The 2026 Fair Gala is scheduled for April 25, 2026 at the Barn at Hansen Hill Farm.   An auction will be held to benefit the Great Schaghticoke Fair.  Donations to the auction are needed and appreciated.  

Food served at the gala will include a Carving Station, Pasta Station, Baked Potato & Salad Station, Gourmet Sliders, Fair Themed Appetizers & Desserts & More! 

All Dinner tickets will include 2 drinks tickets (bar).  Additional alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
