2026 Exhibitors Guide
Hello Exhibitors! Our 2026 Exhibitor's Guide is now available to download. If you have any questions regarding entries, please contact the appropriate superintendent or the entry office. This contact information can be located in the beginning of the guide. One noticeable change is that you will now enter Department-Division (instead of section)-Class. Also, there are no longer Department letters. On your entry form just write the name of the department (ie. Arts & Crafts) on the top of the entry form.

The Exhibitor's Guide has been prepared in accordance with standards requirements of the Department of Agriculture and Markets of the State of New York. All exhibits are pre-entered and entered in compliance with the rules and regulations as outlined in the Exhibitors Guide.
