2026 Vendor ApplicationIf you are interested in being a vendor at the 2026 Schaghticoke Fair you must complete the vendor application form (below) in its entirety and submit it via email to vendor@schaghticokefair.org. Send no payment with the application. Applications will be reviewed by our fair manager and we will reach out to you with the next steps.
2026 Vendor Camper RequestCamping space is limited, and camper request forms are REQUIRED. Camping request forms must be 100% complete and include full payment. Camper spaces are first-come first served and we may decline any request for any reason.
2026 Vendor GuideOur 2026 Vendor Guide will answer any questions you may have about being a vendor at the Schaghticoke Fair. We require that all vendors review this guide as it will help keep things running smoothly and assures that everyone is aware of our guidelines.
